- Orders placed after 7:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment.
- Orders made on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email.
Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Standard delivery within Belgium usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
