RETURN & REFUND POLICY – FADI FASHION
At Fadi Fashion, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied. We provide a fair and transparent return process in full accordance with Belgian and EU Consumer Protection laws.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this 14-day period cannot be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following “Resellable” criteria:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In original condition with all brand tags and labels attached.
- Free from stains, odors (perfume/smoke), or damage.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or intimate accessories unless they are defective.
3. How to Start a Return
Before sending any item back, please contact our support team to receive authorization:
- Email: support@fadifashion.com
- Include: Your full name, Order Number, and the reason for the return.
- Photos: Please include clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Note: Unauthorized returns sent back to our Anderlecht boutique may be delayed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the error is ours, Fadi Fashion will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return label.
- Change of Mind or Fit: If you are returning an item for personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
5. No Restocking Fees
At Fadi Fashion, we do not penalize our customers. We charge €0.00 Restocking Fees for all processed returns.
6. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our boutique:
- Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
- Timeline: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- EU Compliance: In all cases, refunds will be finalized within 14 days of receiving your returned parcel.
7. Exchanges
Due to the fast-moving nature of our branded collections, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired size or color to ensure it does not sell out.
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been dispatched. Because we have a fast 7:30 PM cut-off, please contact us immediately if you change your mind. Once an order is shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
