2. Return Methods

We offer two convenient ways to return your items:

  • In-Store Returns: You may return items in person at our Anderlecht boutique.
  • Returns by Post: You may ship your items back to us using your preferred courier service.

3. Return Eligibility & Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Only New Products: Items must be unopened, in original packaging, or never used.
  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • Defective Products: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. If an item is faulty, we will cover the return costs.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
