3. Do you have a physical store?

4. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship exclusively within Belgium. This allows us to focus on providing the fastest and most reliable service to our local customers.
5. How long does delivery take?
We operate and dispatch orders 7 days a week.
- Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day.
- Transit Time: 2 – 4 Business Days.
- Total Delivery Time: Estimated 2 – 5 Business Days.
6. What is your order cut-off time?
Our daily order cut-off time is 7:30 PM (CET/Brussels Time).
- Orders placed before 7:30 PM are typically prepared and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 7:30 PM are processed the following business day.
7. How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders within Belgium. There are no minimum spend requirements and no hidden fees at checkout.
8. Can I return an item?
Yes. In accordance with EU consumer law, you may return items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all brand tags attached.
- Restocking Fees: We charge €0.00 Restocking Fees.
9. How do I request a return?
To start a return, please email us at support@fadifashion.com with your Order Number. We will provide you with authorization and instructions for returning the item to our Anderlecht boutique.
10. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
12. Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices listed on our website include VAT. As we ship locally within Belgium, there are no additional customs or handling charges.
