SHIPPING POLICY – FADI FASHION

At Fadi Fashion, we are committed to providing a fast, transparent, and reliable shopping experience. All orders are inspected and dispatched directly from our boutique in Anderlecht, Brussels.

1. Shipping Destinations & Cost

  • Service Area: We ship exclusively within Belgium.
  • Shipping Cost: We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders nationwide. There are no minimum spend requirements and no hidden handling fees.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 7:30 PM (CET/Brussels Time).
  • Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day.
  • Our Operational Days: We process and dispatch orders 7 days a week (Monday – Sunday).
  • Processing Speed: Orders placed before 7:30 PM are typically prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 7:30 PM will be processed the following day.

3. Transit Time & Delivery

Once your order has been handed over to our carriers (Bpost, PostNL, or DHL), the estimated timelines are:

  • Transit Time: 2 – 4 Business Days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 2 – 5 Business Days.
  • Note: While we dispatch daily, please be aware that couriers may have limited delivery services on Sundays and Belgian Public Holidays.

4. Order Tracking & Tax Information

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your parcel in real-time.
  • VAT: All prices shown include VAT. As we ship within Belgium, there are no additional customs duties or surprise handling fees.

5. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping details at checkout. Fadi Fashion is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned, reshipment fees may apply.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@fadifashion.com within 3 days with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
